To become a registered vendor, please read the Terms and Conditions, then fill out the form on this page. All information will be kept strictly confidential.

When your registration has been approved, you will receive a user name and password to login and view pricing and place your order.

As a registered vendor, you will be given full access to our wholesale pricing information. You will also have the opportunity to preorder upcoming releases.

Policies

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and are per item as described. Some products are available at case discounts, and pricing will include the number of items per case and the total case price. DUAL Connection reserves the right to change prices at any time. DUAL Connection is not responsible for pricing errors which may exist in our online catalog. This doesn't happen very often, but we have thousands of items and a bad record pops up every once in a while. If this should happen to your order, we will contact you with the correct total before we process your order.

Ordering

All orders must be in writing by mail, Fax, or website. If you choose to order by mail or FAX, your order must include the item number, description and price, billing and shipping information, contact information and payment information. For your convenience, you may fill the shopping cart and print the order from the website. Be sure to include payment information. Incomplete orders cannot be processed.

Payment

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express and Discover via SSL (secure socket layers) on our website. We will accept prepayment by certified funds only- contact us for details. We will ship COD certified funds and the customer is responsible for the additional fees-contact us for details.

Shipping

We ship UPS Ground. Our minimum shipping charge is $15.00. (For orders over 200 pounds contact us.) Shipping charges indicated during checkout are ESTIMATED based on UPS published rates for delivery to commercial addresses in populated areas. Additional charges by UPS for residential and/or delivery area surcharges are the customer's responsibility and will be added to the invoice. All packages will be insured. UPS provides $100 insurance per package and any charges for more than $100 insurance will be added to the invoice. Orders received between Tuesday and Wednesday 10:00PM ET will generally be shipped by Thursday. Orders received between Thursday and Monday 10:00PM ET will generally be shipped by Tuesday. Returns

Products are new except where noted in description and some items are ASIS. All orders are carefully packed to insure safe delivery. Shifting during transit may cause loose parts that can be easily put back by you. Manufacturer's defects do occur. If an item arrives damaged beyond repair, keep the original shipping carton and email us immediately for instructions. We will not accept damage claims more than 5 days after delivery. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Foreign Orders

We will accept foreign orders for shipment to a US address or freight forwarder in the US. Contact us for payment instructions. Canada - contact us.

Privacy

DUAL Connection collects personal information during registration and order placement. We do not sell, rent, lend, or otherwise disseminate customer information, including names, email or postal addresses, or purchase information.

Cookies

This site uses a session cookie as a component of a our shopping cart system. The cookie allows our server to associate information in our database with a particular customer, for the duration of the time they spend in our store. The cookie contains a random, server-generated session identifier, and is only retained until the customer's browser is restarted.

Security

DUAL Connection uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to transfer financial information provided by our customers. This information is encrypted.

Terms and Conditions

To become a registered dealer, you must be an established diecast/hobby related business. If you are not an established diecast/hobby related business, please contact our full line diecast model car retailer.

Please do not register until you are prepared to purchase. If you do not make a purchase within 60 days of registration, your account will be deactivated.

If you are an online retailer, you must include your web address in this application. Your web site must be open for business before applying. If your web site is not open for business, your registration will be deleted.

If your state imposes a sales tax, you MUST provide a sales tax resale number in the correct format. If you do not provide a sales tax resale number in the correct format, your registration will be deleted.

Your initial order must be a minimum of 12 shippable pieces and have a valve greater than $150.00. Each order after the first can be a minimum of 1 shippable pieces and a value of $30.00.

By completing this registration you agree that you have read and understand the information provided, and that you are meet the criteria for approval as a vendor, and that you are either the vendor or an authorized agent.
